- Continue Unpacking, Cleaning (previous owner wife's cremains container, nazi collectibles)

- Partially remove hideous green awnings (chicken coop roof?)
- Remove heavy duty drapes
- Give first tour to a passerby who wants to buy the house
- First bid on Copper Repipe (plumber #2 is a no show)
- Make Sun Tea
- Paleontologist Kai unearths jawbone treasure
- Water closet running water fix attempt 1...
- Indiana Jones, PaGyver, 모친, and Benny arrive with furniture, real mini fridge, and Tools
- Original Mike's for dinner (they gave Benny water!)

Some more tidbits from my end: Super sawsall (thanks Dad) and chipper shredder (thanks Mom) easily allowed for us to take out Hideous tree #1.
Chipper shredder had been sitting idle for a couple of years and had a cracked fuel line that I quickly noticed when I put gas in it. Luckily I was able to live up to my blog name and cut the line below the crack and re-attach it.
Big thanks to Matt's mom for taking a truckload of "treasures". You guys are welcome back whenever.
